About the UK/EU VAT Calculator
Adds VAT to a net price to find the VAT-inclusive gross price, or extracts VAT from a gross price to find the underlying net price and VAT amount — with quick-select standard national rates for several countries.

Adding 20% UK VAT to a $100 net price: $20 VAT, $120 gross. Extracting VAT from a $120 gross price at 20%: divide by 1.20 to get a $100 net price and $20 VAT.
